Delivery options, costs and available estimates are shown during checkout based on the destination and the items in your order.
Preparing your order
Some pet clothing and handmade-style pieces may need preparation before dispatch. Any product-specific lead time should be shown on the product page or communicated with your order. Weekends, holidays and unusually busy periods can affect timing.
Rates, destinations and duties
Shipping options and charges are calculated at checkout when available. International orders may be subject to local taxes, duties or carrier fees unless the checkout states otherwise. These charges are determined by the destination authorities or carrier.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be included in the shipping confirmation. Carrier updates can take time to appear after dispatch.
Split shipments
Items from one order may arrive separately. Each dispatched package may have its own tracking information.
Address changes
Contact us as soon as possible. Once a package is prepared or dispatched, an address change may no longer be possible.
