Using the store and your account

Provide accurate order and contact information and keep your account credentials secure. Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with website security, misuse forms, submit harmful content or access accounts without permission. If you suspect unauthorised account activity, contact us.

Products and choosing a fit

Menako Pet offers Cat Hats, Crochet Cat Scarf and the Foldable Desk-Mounted Cat Bed. Select any required style option before adding a variable product to your cart. Product descriptions and selected options describe what you are ordering. Screen settings can affect how colours appear.

The Taiyaki Fish Cat Hat comes in one adjustable size for most cats weighing 4.4–17.6 lb (2–8 kg), with an adjustable hook-and-loop closure. Fit may vary with your cat’s head size and shape. The Aviator Crochet Cat Hat comes in one size that fits most cats weighing 4.4–17.6 lb (2–8 kg). The Fish Crochet Cat Scarf is suggested for adult cats and small dogs weighing approximately 2.5–7.5 kg (5.5–16.5 lb), and for dressing plush toys. Weight is a guide, not a guarantee of fit: check the relevant product’s fit information before purchasing. Supervise your pet while wearing accessories and use them with your pet’s comfort in mind.

Prices, discounts and optional services

Store prices are listed in US dollars. For Cat Hats and Crochet Cat Scarf, one item is US$29.80. When your order contains 2 or more items, Cat Hats and Crochet Cat Scarf are US$19.90 each: 2 of these items total US$39.80, 3 total US$59.70, and 4 total US$79.60. Mix products and available styles. The discount is applied automatically in your cart. The Foldable Desk-Mounted Cat Bed is excluded from the US$19.90 offer: one is US$66.00, each complete pair is US$117.86, and any unpaired cat bed remains US$66.00. Your order summary shows applicable prices and charges before payment.

The Foldable Desk-Mounted Cat Bed includes free, insured shipping, even for a single cat bed. For other products, orders containing 2 or more items receive free worldwide shipping. For single-item orders of other products, the existing US$5 shipping rate applies to supported addresses in the Americas and Europe; contact us for single-item delivery to other destinations. Taxes and optional service fees are separate.

Where offered at checkout, a tip is optional. The optional US$5 priority dispatch service prioritises order preparation; it does not provide express carrier delivery or guarantee an arrival date. Review any optional charges before placing your order.

Orders and payment

Review your items, selected styles, address and total before submitting an order. Payments use the available methods shown at checkout, including PayPal where available. An order may need to be declined or cancelled if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be completed, information is incorrect or fulfilment is not possible. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will contact you and arrange the applicable refund.

Shipping, cancellations and returns

Foldable Desk-Mounted Cat Bed orders are processed within 1–3 business days, with delivery estimated at 6–9 business days after dispatch. Orders for other products ship within 3 days, with delivery estimated to take about 7 days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See the Shipping policy for destinations, tracking, delays and cancellation requests.

Return eligibility, return costs and refund procedures are set out in the Return policy. Its voluntary commercial conditions do not override mandatory consumer rights. The Foldable Desk-Mounted Cat Bed has a 30-day return guarantee from receipt: if you are not fully satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return under the Return policy. For other products, if there’s a problem with your item, contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

Reviews and website content

Where reviews are identified as translated or selected source-platform reviews, they come from the original product listings and are not verified Menako purchase reviews. Product photos and descriptions help you choose, and third-party content remains subject to its owner’s rights.

Menako’s original branding and content may not be used commercially without permission. You must have the necessary rights to any content you send us. This does not restrict uses permitted by law.

Service availability and your rights

Website and third-party services, including payment and tracking tools, can occasionally be interrupted. Contact us if a problem affects your order. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms for future use of the store. Updates do not retrospectively change an existing order’s agreed terms or remove your statutory rights.
