Open the shipping confirmation sent after dispatch and use the carrier tracking link or number included there.
2 · Open your account
Sign in with the email used at checkout and review recent orders in My Account.
3 · Allow the first scan
A new tracking number may not show movement immediately. Check again after the carrier has processed the parcel.
4 · Ask for help
If an update looks unusual, send us the order number, tracking number and a screenshot.
Marked delivered but not found?
Check the doorway, mailbox area, reception desk, neighbours and other safe locations. Contact the carrier first because it can see local delivery details. If it is still missing, contact Menako with the order and tracking information.
