How much weight can the bed hold?
The metal support is rated for a maximum load of 40 lb (18.1 kg). Use it on a stable, suitable desk and check that the clamp and frame are secure before letting your cat settle in.
Will it fit my desk?
The adjustable clamp fits desktop edges 2–7.5 cm (0.79–2.95 in) thick. It can be used on suitable solid wood, engineered wood, marble, and metal surfaces. Check that the edge has enough clear space for the clamp. Do not install it on a glass desk.
Do I need to drill holes in my desk?
No drilling is needed. Assemble the frame and cover, place the clamp over a suitable desk edge, and tighten the knob underneath. Follow the assembly instructions and check the fit before use.
How do I care for the cover?
Remove loose fur regularly to keep your cat’s spot comfortable. The zip-on cover can be removed from the frame for care. Follow the care label before washing or drying the fabric.
Will the clamp leave marks on my desk?
The non-slip pad helps protect the contact point, but friction can still mark painted or varnished finishes. Keep the contact area clean, check your desk’s finish, and avoid dragging or overtightening the clamp.
